Since 1976, the World Surf League has showcased the pinnacle of professional surfing, evolving from IPS to ASP and, in 2015, rebranding to WSL. More than an event organizer, it bridges the sport’s rich heritage and future innovation, shaping athletes’ careers with a legacy of tradition and breakthrough moments.
Our campaign honors surfing legends and iconic milestones with old-school typography, vintage photo treatments, and layouts inspired by classic posters. This visual identity forges an emotional bond with pros, enthusiasts, ocean stewards, and sponsors, reinforcing WSL’s global authority and its role in spreading surf culture while preserving its storied legacy.

We designed a stamp for the WSL that stands out on any local promotional material and ensures immediate league recognition across every tour stop. With clean lines and bold typography, the seal communicates WSL’s global authority, and an accompanying visual application guide guarantees consistent, flexible use on posters, banners, and digital media worldwide.
